We have worked as Trainers within large financial organisations covering such topics as “Advanced Communication Skills”, “Understanding how to Motivate Teams”, “Customer Care and Telephone Skills” and “Modularised Introductory Courses in NLP”.

Favourites within smaller businesses and with individual senior executives have been “Dealing with Difficult People”, “Profiling Appropriate People for Appropriate Positions”, “How to Speak to Teenagers” and “Presentation Skills”. We have also designed and delivered special courses for senior lawyers, “Presenting Powerfully in Court”.

As Coaches we work with senior executives, team leaders, project managers, business owners and employees. We have found that following training that has created awareness within individuals, they seek further coaching to support them as they move through a process of change.
